Privacy Notice for POS Automated Sales Report Integration

This notice explains how LINE MAN (Thailand) Company Limited and Wongnai Media Company Limited  (“LMWN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) manage data for the automated sales report integration feature within your POS dashboard (“you”, “your”, or the “User”). This feature streamlines the collection and consolidation of sales reports from your preferred sales channels directly into your POS system, making it easier for you to manage your business operations.

Importantly, we do not intentionally process or collect any personal data aside from your email address. The integration is designed to access and process only sales report emails and their attachments as specified by you, ensuring your privacy is respected.

What Data Do We Access?

• Scope of Access:
  • We access your email account only to locate and retrieve sales report emails from the sales channels you specify.
  • Our system scans email subject lines to identify emails containing sales report attachments.
• Data Processed:
  • Sales data from sales report attachments (e.g., daily sales summaries).
  • No other emails or personal data are accessed, stored, or processed.

Purpose of Access

The purpose of accessing your email account is to:

1. Identify sales report emails automatically from specified channels.
2. Extract sales data from the identified reports.
3. Consolidate this data into your POS dashboard for easier management and visualization.

Your Consent and Control

• You must explicitly grant us access to your email account through the API provided by your email provider. If you do not provide consent, we will not be able to provide this automated sales report integration feature. 
• You retain full control and can revoke access at any time by:
  • Adjusting permissions in your email account settings.
  • Contacting our customer support team to disable the feature.

How Is Your Data Protected and Risks Minimized?

We recognize the importance of protecting your data and have implemented robust measures to ensure security, minimize risks, and maintain transparency:

• Secure Access and Processing:
  • Email API access is protected with encryption and multi-factor authentication.
  • Data is processed and securely stored on servers located in Singapore.
• Data Minimization:
  • Processing is limited to emails specifically related to sales reports from the channels you specify.
  • Emails that do not match these criteria are not accessed, processed, or stored.
• Retention Period:
  • Email address and sales data are retained only as long as your POS account remains active or as specified in our terms of service.
• Transparency and Oversight:
  • We will only process data with your informed consent.
  • Regular monitoring, auditing, and reviews are conducted to ensure compliance with security standards and prevent unauthorized access.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding the use of this feature:

1. Access: You can review the sales data we’ve processed for you in the dashboard.
2. Withdrawal of Consent: You can revoke email access at any time by clicking the “revoke” button in the dashboard. 
3. Complaint: Contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) if you have concerns or questions about how your data is being handled.

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้อธิบายถึงวิธีที่ บริษัท ไลน์แมน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ บริษัท วงใน มีเดีย จำกัด (“LMWN” หรือ “เรา” หรือ “พวกเรา” หรือ “ของเรา”) จัดการข้อมูลสำหรับฟีเจอร์รวบรวมรายงานการขายแบบอัตโนมัติภายในแดชบอร์ดเครื่องชำระเงิน POS ของท่าน (“ท่าน” หรือ “ของท่าน” หรือ “ผู้ใช้”) โดยฟีเจอร์นี้จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภายในการเก็บรวมรวบและเป็นตัวกลางในการรายงานการขายจากช่องทางการขายอื่น ๆ ที่ท่านเลือกใช้ ให้รายงานผลโดยตรงมาที่เครื่องชำระเงิน POS ของท่าน เพื่อให้การดำเนินธุรกิจของท่านสะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น

ข้อสำคัญคือ เราไม่ได้ดำเนินการประมวลผลหรือเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยเจตนาแต่อย่างใด นอกจากบัญชีอีเมลของท่าน  การเก็บรวบรวมดังกล่าวนี้ ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเข้าถึงและประมวลผลอีเมลเอกสารรายงานการขาย และเอกสารแนบที่ถูกระบุเฉพาะเจาะจงโดยท่านเพียงเท่านั้น เพื่อให้ท่านมั่นใจได้ว่าเราเคารพความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน

ข้อมูลอะไรบ้างที่เราเข้าถึง?

• ขอบเขตของการเข้าถึงข้อมูล
  • เราเข้าถึงบัญชีอีเมลของท่านเท่านั้น เพื่อค้นหาและดึงข้อมูลอีเมลรายงานการขายจากช่องทางการขายที่ท่านระบุ
  • ฟีเจอร์ของเราจะทำการตรวจสอบเฉพาะหัวเรื่องอีเมลเพื่อระบุอีเมลที่มีเอกสารรายงานการขายแนบอยู่
• ข้อมูลที่ถูกประมวลผล
  • ข้อมูลการขายจากเอกสารรายงานการขาย (เช่น ผลสรุปรายงานการขายรายวัน)
  • โดยอีเมลอื่น ๆ และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะไม่ถูกเข้าถึง จัดเก็บ และประมวลผล

วัตถุประสงค์​ของการเข้าถึง

วัตถุประสงค์ของการเข้าถึงบัญชีอีเมลของท่าน เพื่อ..:

1. ระบุรายงานการขายอัตโนมัติจากช่องทางที่กำหนด
2. คัดแยกเฉพาะข้อมูลการขายจากรายงานที่ถูกระบุ
3. เป็นตัวกลางรวบรวมข้อมูลเหล่านี้เข้าสู่แดชบอร์ดเครื่องชำระเงิน POS ของท่าน เพื่อการจัดการและการแสดงผลที่ง่ายขึ้น

ความยินยอม และการควบคุมของท่าน

• ท่านจะต้องทำการให้สิทธิ์แก่เราอย่างชัดเจนในการเข้าถึงอีเมลของท่านผ่าน API ที่ผู้ให้บริการอีเมลของท่านจัดให้ โปรดทราบว่า หากท่านไม่ได้ให้ความยินยอมแก่เรา เราจะไม่สามารถให้บริการฟีเจอร์รวบรวมรายงานการขายแบบอัตโนมัติแก่ท่านได้ 
• ท่านสามารถควบคุม และถอดถอนการให้สิทธิ์ได้ทุกเมื่อ โดย:
  • ปรับเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่าสิทธิ์ในบัญชีอีเมลของท่าน
  • ติดต่อฝ่ายดูแลลูกค้าของเราเพื่อปิดการใช้งานฟีเจอร์ดังกล่าว

เราปกป้องและลดความเสี่ยงต่อข้อมูลของท่านอย่างไรบ้าง?

เราเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการปกป้องข้อมูลของท่าน และได้ประกาศใช้มาตรการที่แข็งแกร่งเพื่อให้มั่นใจในความปลอดภัย ลดความเสี่ยง และรักษาความโปร่งใส:

• การเข้าถึงและการประมวลผลที่ปลอดภัย

• • การเข้าถึงอีเมล API ถูกปกป้องโดยการเข้ารหัสข้อมูล (encryption) และการยืนยันตัวตนแบบหลายปัจจัย (multi-factor authentication)
  • ข้อมูลถูกประมวลผล และจัดเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ตั้งในประเทศสิงคโปร์
• ลดการใช้ข้อมูล
  • การประมวลผลจำกัดเฉพาะอีเมลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายงานการขายจากช่องทางที่ท่านกำหนดเท่านั้น
  • อีเมลที่ไม่ตรงตามเกณฑ์ดังกล่าว จะไม่ถูกเข้าถึง ประมวลผล หรือจัดเก็บ
• ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
  • บัญชีอีเมล และข้อมูลการขายจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชี เครื่องชำระเงิน POS ของคุณยังคงใช้งานอยู่ หรือเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในข้อกำหนดการให้บริการของเรา
• ความโปรงใส และการกำกับดูแล
  • เราจะประมวลผลข้อมูลเฉพาะที่ได้รับความยินยอมอย่างชัดเจนจากท่านเท่านั้น
  • มีการตรวจสอบ ติดตาม และทบทวนอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและป้องกันการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

สิทธิของท่าน

ท่านมีสิทธิต่อไปนี้ในการใช้ฟีเจอร์ดังกล่าว :

1. สิทธิในการเข้าถึง : ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการขายของท่านที่เราทำการประมวลผล
2. สิทธิในการถอดถอนความยินยอม : เพิกถอนการเข้าถึงบัญชีอีเมลของท่านได้ทุกเมื่อ
3. สิทธิในการร้องเรียน : ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (DPO) ของเรา หากท่านมีข้อกังวลหรือคำถามเกี่ยวกับการจัดการข้อมูลของท่าน
