การปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการ Wongnai และ FoodStory POS เพื่อเพิ่มรายละเอียดและตัวอย่างเกี่ยวกับการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยเน้นความถูกต้องและการปฎิบัติตามกฎหมายในการดำเนินการ

1. ผลิตภัณฑ์

• ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการฉบับนี้จากเดิมมีผลบังคับเฉพาะ Wongnai POS ต่อจากนี้จะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้มีผลครอบคลุมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ FoodStory POS เช่นกัน

2. การเข้าใช้บริการ:

• การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลคุณสมบัติผู้ใช้บริการ ต้องเป็นผู้มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ หรือยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะและต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อน
• เพิ่มรายละเอียดผู้ใช้บริการอาจทำสัญญาเข้าร่วมโครงการระบบบริการร้านค้าโครงการ GP Partnership
• เพิ่มรายละเอียดของขอบเขตสัญญาการซื้อขายของผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายผ่านระบบแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ซึ่งบริษัทไม่ได้เป็นคู่สัญญาด้วย

3. หน้าที่และคำรับรองของผู้ใช้บริการ

• บริษัทได้กำหนดข้อปฎิบัติ ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขของผู้ใช้บริการ

4. สิทธิของบริษัทในข้อมูล

เพิ่มรายละเอียดในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ

• สิทธิในการลบ เปลี่ยนแปลงและแก้ไขข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการ
• สิทธิในการโอนสิทธิการเข้าถึง การเก็บ รวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลแก่ธุรกิจในเครือ
• สิทธิในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลในกรณีจำเป็น

5. ค่าบริการ

• เพิ่มรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการชำระค่าบริการและผลของการชำระค่าบริการไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับการชำรพค่าบริการของผู้ใช้บริการ

6. การจำกัดความรับผิดของบริษัท

• เพิ่มรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับความรับผิดของบริษัท รวมถึงบริษัทในเครือ กรรมการ เจ้าหน้าที่ พนักงาน ผู้รับจ้าง หรือตัวแทนใดๆ ของบริษัทต่อความสูญเสียหรือเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้ใช้บริการ หรือบุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องหรืออันเนื่องมาจากสินค้าหรือการให้บริการ

7. การชดเชยความเสียหาย

• เพิ่มรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับขอบเขตการรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้บริการเกี่ยวกับความเสียหายซึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากการกระทำซึ่งผู้ใช้บริการต้องรับผิดชอบ

8. การรักษาข้อมูลลูกค้าของบริษัท

• เพิ่มรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการรักษาข้อมูลลูกค้าของบริษัท เช่น ไม่นำข้อมูลลูกค้าของบริษัทเพื่อไปส่งเสริมร้านค้าของผู้ใช้บริการหรือบุคคลที่สาม

9. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

• เพิ่มรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและการนำไปใช้

• This version of the Terms and Conditions of Service applies to both Wongnai POS by FoodStory and FoodStory POS, expanding the scope from only Wongnai POS by FoodStory.

2. Access to Services

• Users must be at least 20 years old or, if underage, must have parental consent.
• Users may enter into agreement to participate in the GP Partnership for merchant service system.
• Details are added regarding the purchase and sale contracts between buyers and sellers through the online platform, clarifying that the Company is not a party to these contracts.

3. Duties and Warranties of Users

• Specific guidelines and conditions for users are established.

4. Company Rights to Information

Added the details on:

• The right to delete, alter, and modify user data.
• The right to transfer data access, collection, and use rights to affiliated businesses.
• The right to disclose information when necessary.

5. Service Fees

• Added details on payment of service fees and consequences of non-compliance with the payment terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Added details on the company’s liability, including that of affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents, for losses or damages incurred by users or third parties related to products or services.
